Sam Houston football camps at Bowers Stadium in Huntsville, TX. Note: Sam Houston State University does not sponsor the camp directly — it is owned and operated independently (Elite Kat Camps / Kat Attack Football Camps) but hosted on campus. Current head coach is Phil Longo (since December 2024), not KC Keeler. Sam Houston won the FCS National Championship in the 2021 calendar year (not 2020). The program has since moved to FBS/Conference USA and is no longer FCS.
