Montgomery YMCA Aquatic Club — Montgomery

The YMCA of Greater Montgomery offers a summer swim camp/league for swimmers ages 5–18. Focused on improving swim techniques and fostering a love for the sport, the program builds confidence, goal-setting, teamwork, sportsmanship, and water safety skills. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Practice schedules vary by branch location (Monday–Friday, 7:00–8:00 AM); meets occur on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, with each team competing in at least four meets plus the City Meet in July. The year-round competitive team is called the Montgomery YMCA Barracudas.
